(2) Construction Content: This technical improvement project involves the renovation of 150,000 m2 of old factory buildings, the elimination of four existing printing production lines and their auxiliary equipment, and the addition of six high-end digital inkjet printing production lines and two new rotary screen printing machines. High-end Digital Inkjet Printing and Dyeing Technology Improvement Project". The relevant matters of the project's environmental impact assessment are hereby announced to the public as follows: I. High-end Digital Inkjet Printing and Dyeing Technology Improvement Project Construction Nature: Technological Improvement Construction Location: Liuhe Zhuang Village, South of Xingjia Nanxiang, Gaoyang County, Baoding City Construction Content: This technological improvement project involves the renovation of 150,000 m2 of old factory buildings, replacing them with advanced and environmentally friendly production processes, and eliminating the existing four printing production lines in the factory area, including two KC-7 printing machines, two LMV561 printing machines, two MH698-250 drying machines, two MH349 loose drying machines, two MH936-240 rotary drum washing machines, five GB150 high-pressure steam tanks (currently integrated into central heating, existing gas boilers are used as backups), and two HL-SX200-A washing and stretching machines. The existing 141 circular machines, 34 ironing machines, 10 ironing and cutting combined machines, 15 SME484C brushing machines, one MB331H7024 raising machine, four SME485C high-speed brushing machines, five setting machines, 50 sewing machines, four air compressors, nine winding machines, four raising machines, three embossing machines, two 10t/h gas boilers, four C0-H200 dewatering machines, and four C0-200 dewatering machines will be retained. The project will add six DCP-2206-16 high-definition digital inkjet printing machines, two new rotary screen printing machines, 13 ironing machines, 10 penetration machines, four brushing machines, six raising machines, eight drying and setting machines, four new washing machines, and eight steaming machines. After the technological improvement, the original annual production capacity of 1.2 million chemical fiber carpets will remain unchanged. II.
